Mowing Crew Member
Job Description: The Mowing Crew Member will work on a crew of 3 to mow, trim, and maintain landscaping. The locations are a mix of commercial and residential properties.
The crew member position is a skilled laborer:

This team member has the experience and skill necessary to not only complete the job, but to think about their team and how they can work together to meet time/materials goals.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside a crew of lawn care crew members on various projects and maintenance of properties
Ensure that their daily work is completed with care and on time
Maintain and care for equipment and tools daily
Proactively raise issues before they become problems and offer solutions and process improvement ideas
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping
Ability to demonstrate proper usage of various mowers, trimmers, and other small engine equipment
Strong knowledge of lawn care processes, techniques, and materials
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Experience repairing small engine equipment a plus
Strong Spoken English a plus
Ability to operate manual transmission a plus
Work Conditions:
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
